A sound nap is a musical experience where the audience is invited to lie down and relax completely, entering into a tranquil state where anxiety dissipates.

The gentle calming music transports the listener to that special state of mind between wakefulness and sleep, causing the sense of time to completely fade away. Guests should bring something cozy and/or their own mat or cushion for the performance.

In the 45-minute Aqua Dreams sound nap which explores the calming theme of water, the music washes over and immerses the listener into an aquatic world. Through gentle gliding of the glockenspiel we hear a babbling brook, voice harmonies swim through a river bringing the listener to the deepest depths of the ocean through the resonant sounds of the vibraphone.
